Yesterday, Mike and I headed out to Rockport, MA to shoot the iconic red fishing shack (also known as Motif No. 1 and the most painted building in America). The original was built in 1884, only to be destroyed by the monster blizzard of 1978.
To be sure I captured it right, I brought a few lenses to try to capture it from various views. It was a chilly morning, but the fresh snowfall made the location worth it. I plan to head back out to catch a sunset shot of the shack later this winter.
